Terms of sale and license

Short version: every pre-made cover is sold once, to one artist, with the text swapped to your name and title. You get full rights to release your music with it. Nobody else ever gets the same artwork.

What you are buying

• A finished cover artwork from the pre-made catalogue, delivered as a 3000 x 3000 JPG for album and streaming use, plus a 1080 x 1920 story size.
• The text is swapped to your artist name and song title, and to a label, producer or credit line if you add one.
• Any option you selected at checkout, for example a Spotify Canvas, a motion cover, an Apple Music motion, a lyric video, the layered PSD file or rush delivery.

Exclusivity and license

• Each design is sold once. When it is paid for, it leaves the catalogue and is never resold, relisted or reused for another artist.
• You receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use the artwork for your release, including streaming platforms, social media, merchandise and promotion, with no additional fee and no royalties to us.
• You may crop, resize and place the artwork for covers, banners and promo assets. Minor edits for your release are fine.
• You may not resell, sublicense or hand over the artwork as a template, and you may not pass it off as your own design work or as a stock asset for other artists.
• We keep the right to show the finished cover in our own portfolio and social media as a work sample, without your private data.

Delivery

• Standard delivery is within 24 hours after the payment is received and after the artist name and song title are confirmed. With the rush option it is 12 hours.
• Delivery goes to the email or the direct message you used for the order. Tell us if you need it somewhere else.
• Rush hours count on a working day. An order placed at the weekend may start the next working morning.

Revisions

• Two rounds of revisions are included, for example text placement, spacing, contrast or a small lighting tweak.
• Changes to the artwork itself, like a new scene or a new concept, are a new order, not a revision.
• A typo in the artist name or the title is fixed for free, always. Just message us.

Payment and cancellations

• Work starts after the payment is confirmed. We may hold a design for 48 hours while a payment is pending, and then return it to the catalogue.
• A cover can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the text swap starts. Once the artwork leaves the catalogue, that is not possible.

Refunds

• Because the cover is exclusive and removed from sale on payment, it cannot be returned or refunded after delivery.
• If the artwork is not delivered, or if it is materially different from the listing and the two revision rounds do not fix it, you get a full refund.
• Duplicate or double payments are refunded in full.
