Privacy

Short version: we only keep what is needed to make and deliver your cover, we do not sell your data, and there are no advertising trackers on this page.

What we collect

• Order details you send us: artist name, song title, optional label, producer, release date, genre, notes and any logo file you upload. This is what goes into the artwork and the delivery.
• Contact details: the Instagram handle, email or other channel you use to place the order and to receive the files.
• Payment information: handled by the payment provider. We see the amount, the status and the name attached to the payment. We never see or store your full card details.

What we do with it

• Make the artwork, swap the text, apply the options you bought and deliver the files.
• Answer questions, fix a typo, handle a revision or a refund.
• Keep a simple record of the order so a later request, like a re-download, is possible.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
• We do not add your private details to public posts. Portfolio posts show the finished artwork, not your messages or your contact information.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this page. If web analytics are added later, they will be cookieless and aggregate only, and this page will say so.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept while the order is open and afterwards as long as the artwork licence record is useful, so we can confirm that a cover was sold once and to whom. A logo file you uploaded is used for the placement and kept only while the files are archived. Ask us and we delete it.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct it, and we will.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will, unless we still need it to prove the sale of an exclusive cover.
